Replacement Battery CartridgesWe give a two year replacement warranty with our replacement battery cartridges. There is no such thing as a reconditioned battery, so we will replace a faulty battery cartridge with a new set. All of our RBCs come standard with CSB batteries unless otherwise stated. CSB is the #1 UPS battery in the industry. APC uses CSB batteries in their new UPSs, and we offer the same superb quality to you in our reconditioned units and RBCs. A 3P RBC consists of the appropriate CSB battery or batteries, wiring harness (unless otherwise stated), disposal instructions, installation instructions, and a toll-free number if you have any difficulty with your RBC. With these features, we think you will agree that we offer the premier RBC in the industry.Other Brand UPSsWe extend our same parts and labor warranty on our non-APC UPSs, but due to the limited quantities that we have available, in the event that the unit is malfunctioning to the extent that it is not repairable, we will replace it with a suitable replacement based on features and capacity.Best Price GuaranteeOur Best Price Guarantee is simple.
