Q: Do you recondition your batteries? A: NO! Absolutely not. There is no such thing as a reconditioned battery. If anyone tries to sell you one, we would not advise purchasing from them. The batteries you receive when you purchase a 3PG RBC may appear a bit scratched. They come to us this way. CSB tests and fully charges all of their batteries right before they ship them to us. These 100% quality tested batteries may get a little scratched since they are boxed by hand and shipped by truck. Don't worry, they're brand new.

Q: Is the 3PG RBC as good as an APC RBC? A: YES! In fact, it's better. You get the same high quality, 100% tested CSB batteries included in the APC RBC. They come fully prewired, just like they would from APC. The 3PG RBC also includes a 2 year warranty. Basic installation instructions are also included. What's the difference, you ask? The price! Generally, the 3PG RBC is available at about HALF the cost of the APC RBC. Now, we have a question for you. Why would you buy one from APC?

Q: When will you ship my order? A: Same day in most cases. We deal with a lot of companies that need these units the next day to keep their equipment protected. Most UPS and RBC orders will go same day. Large quantity orders will need a few days lead time. Pallet orders of RBCs may require a week or two depending on RBC types.

Q: What is included in my reconditioning? A: Our Gold Star recondition includes fully cleaning the unit, dual cycle load testing, recalibration, Instapack foam packaging, and our 90 day parts and labor warranty.
